Based on the principles of H.I.I.T., this is a Total Body Workout – 8 cycles of; 1 minute cardio, 1 minute lower body, 1 minute upper body, 1 minute core. The session in its entirety is a progression of four phases, going from lower Intensity and isolation weight training to complex cardio and compound conditioning drills. Whether you’re short on time or looking to blast through that plateau, this class accomplishes a lot in one workout and you will see measurable results by the end of the session.
