Whether you’re just getting started with your mindfulness and meditation practice or you’re a more experienced practitioner, many of us soon come to recognize the benefits of meeting in a group setting to help anchor and sustain our personal practice. Join us in this friendly and supportive weekly practice as we engage in a wide variety of mindfulness practices and meditation designed to help support your everyday living. This class is offered in three consecutive 4-week session. You can register for any or all of the sessions.
