Sunrise Bootcamp is based on High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.); work as hard as you can for a specified period of time (30 seconds, 40 seconds, etc.) then recover for a specified period of time (20 seconds, 10 seconds, etc.). This technique is one of the best ways to burn fat and increase cardiovascular endurance in a short period of time. The class begins with a warm up, followed by 30 minutes of H.I.I.T. configurations.
