Programs |
Many programs are offered for seniors and active adults in the Guilford community, in areas including fitness, crafts, dance, and foreign language. These activities are designed to encourage older adults to stay active, healthy, and involved with other active adults in the community. The Guilford Senior Chorus is up and running and has been having fun rehearsing weekly and planning for performances at area nursing homes and at the Parks and Recreation Department’s Community Picnic. If you like to sing consider joining us. Practice is on Fridays from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. |

All that is asked for is your interest and enthusiasm! |
